DATA QUALITY

Data issue can be caused by skill-based error, etc. which cause customer record’s duplicate and impact the outcome of Single Customer View that will worsen future Customer Experience. The action of monitoring data quality is first to-do in Data Governance program of an organization to reduce duplication within customer records and the program usually begin with department who are least tolerable to data quality such as Compliance department.
